Starting today, the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association has started taking nominations for our 2021 Baseball All-State teams. The deadline is Friday, July 30 at 11:59 p.m.
Those who did not receive the form via email, may request access to nominate to iowasportswriters@gmail.com. Coaches, athletic directors and print sports writers may nominate players.
The selection meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Sunday, Aug. 1 at 10 a.m. The decision to hold the meeting virtually is due, in part, to the COVID-19 pandemic, but also due to the logistical complexities presented by the state tournament occurring over different time frames and in two different sites across the state.
