Sports writers can join The Iowa Print Sports Writers Association for free for the 2023-24 school year by registering below. Membership term is for one school year and open only to sports writers who work for Iowa newspapers (INA membership not required, but the publication must be at least a weekly print publication, per IPSWA bylaws). Members are invited to participate in our all-state selection meetings and receive the teams in advance of their publish date.
The level of participation is specifically determined by those electing to become a member. Non-members are authorized to publish the all-state teams, still, but will not receive the teams until the embargo date has passed. Memberships are required to receive the all-state teams in advance of their release and to attend selection meetings.
